When it comes to culinary Executive Chef Giorgio Schifferegger is host of the special event “Cena a Quattro Mani” (Four-hands dinner), for which he expects four top Michelin-starred guest chefs to cook alongside with him. While Acquarello restaurant offers a refined, creative and gourmet cuisine with modern Venetian and Italian inspired dishes, the outdoor lounge Al Bacaro, overlooking the Venetian lagoon and skyline, serves Cichetti (Venetian tapas) and cocktails. Other food events include Wine & Beer pairing menus with locally crafted beer or a pizza tasting evening with Pizza World Champion Gianni Calaon.
